Outside Sales Associate – Part –time, Contract Position

Cara-Mia Associates Inc. has been servicing the skin care industry for since 1992. We assist Canadian businesses and skin care professionals by providing scientifically based quality skin-health products, equipment, education and consultation services.

The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter who is motivated to succeed and possesses a successful sales track record. You will bring to this position the ability to cold call and follow up on warm leads, the ability to foster long term client relationships and are a value- added seller who knows how to ask for the order.

You must have previous sales experience; have an independent spirit and a dynamic personality. You must also be self-driven, well organized and confident, and be committed to the important personal service that our company is known for. You must have your own car. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, but success will only be guaranteed by hard work and dedication.

Job details:

• Contact potential buyers to make sales
• Make cold calls to discover new sales leads
• Provide post sales support to existing customers
• Help with tradeshows and educational seminars
• Provide product knowledge training to clients
• Provide sales and service report on a bimonthly basis

Qualifications/Skills:

• 2+ years of previous sales experience
• Aesthetic & Skincare background and knowledge
• Customer service oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Time Management/ Organizational Skills/ Strong communication and presentation skills
• Hunter mentality with the ability to build strong rapport with customers
• Basic computer skills (i.e.: Word, Excel, and Internet).

Compensation:

Hourly wage plus commission. Hourly rate will be based on experience & skill level.
